[Bug 1989697] [NEW] current 20220521 tarball is missing translations from upstream

Public bug reported:

The current 20220521 tarball is missing translations from upstream.

i.e the /po/ directory and .po files. For most KDE projects these are
maintained separately in svn by the various translation teams.

Presumably this is because the tarball was not generated using the KDE
release tools

The tarme.rb script from https://invent.kde.org/sdk/releaseme is used by
many KDE projects to produce their release tarball with translations
rolled in.
