[Bug 1988621] [NEW] "Color Corrections" entry missing in "System Settings"

Public bug reported:

The entry "Color Corrections" is missing in plasma "System Settings" (I
think it is since Kubuntu 20.04 at least, I only use LTS versions of
Kubuntu).

I suspect that is it due this abandoned bug
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=433068) and the fact that it is
not possible to operate color calibration ("You need Gnome Color
Management installed in order to calibrate device") which is one of the
functionality that was linked to this entry.

Please note that the "Color Corrections" entry also provide an easy
graphical interface to users that want to install ICC color profile to
their monitors (and check if an ICC color profile is correctly
associated to one monitor). While not "vital" for graphists or artists
(I didn't reported the "missing feature" when it appears for me in
20.04, shame on me) as I trusted the software DispayCal (now more or
less abandoned and only available as a Flatpack package... being an
graphists / artists on linux is more and more difficult) to properly
apply its profile after each calibration, it allowed nonetheless for an
easy switch between ICC color profiles applied to monitors and an easy
way to check if "everything is in place". :)

1/ Is there a way for me as an user to add this entry manually?
2/ If not, would it be possible to bring back the entry as an option?
3/ Maybe it is possible to "just remove" the part that is linked to the "Gnome Color Management" and keep the entry in System Settings"?

I understand that graphists and artists that use and need ICC color
profiles attached to their monitors are a very tiny niche community but
that functionality was nice! :)
