56-kubuntu-noto.conf lacks 2 patches from KDE Neon version 56-neon-noto.conf (https://invent.kde.org/neon/neon/settings/-/commits/Neon/stable/etc/fonts/conf.avail/56-neon-noto.conf):
1. "remove the roboto hinting rules" (https://invent.kde.org/neon/neon/settings/-/commit/b52ae1e91dd3cd0bdf7f11d6d36fde0141be1afc#c2367c2499425602c7e90b121cac9df7c2426edc_936_935) which fixes kerning at Firefox
2. "spdx++" (https://invent.kde.org/neon/neon/settings/-/commit/6b489343bfe3acd5e8078dba25e40c22390edb05) which changes copyrights.
