Crap, I am able to run KRDC and Konsole (really the only KDE or Qt apps
I use) on 5.15.7 without any rebuilding, but I guess like you said there
are other things that are known to break from a point release without a
full rebuild.  I believe only commercial license holders (which I am
not) get access to changelogs and source control (so no opportunity for
a git bisect).  And no way I'm diff'ing the humongous source code
tarball between .6 and .7.   I'll just wait for Lunar I guess and
continue to run KRDC with LD_LIBRARY_PATH change.
