Notification panel shows info about updates in plasma-Discover still showing up, even if they are finished in terminal.
Even if opening Discover doesnt go away.
Even if updating list in Discover doesnt go away.
Needs to come up if apt sees updates.
Needs to hide if apt sees all is up to date.
