In Hidden notifications, notifications, if i have bug about browser that cant open then i need to report bug after i have changed default browser. I could select error from notifications, but they dont react now.

We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested
in discussing it any more. But if you are then please upgrade to the
latest Kubuntu version and re-test. If you then find the bug is still
present in the newer Ubuntu version, please add a comment here telling
us which new version it is in.

This bug has been marked incomplete; please re-test in Kubuntu 21.10,
20.04 LTS or even better jammy (what will be 22.04 on release) and leave
details of whether or not it exists on supported releases of
Kubuntu/KDE.
