[Bug 1968868] Re: Kdevelop stopped parsing C++ files / code semantic hilighting not working

Switched to using "Generic project manager" and now the source files are
being parsed.

Earlier I was using "CMake project manager" successfully for several
months, but the Clang parsing happened to go berserk just today.
