[Bug 1968697] [NEW] Kubuntu logo not shown in the system settings 'About this system' page

I dist-upgraded to the latest jammy version from impish and found that
the Kubuntu logo is missing in the 'About this system' page of the
system settings app. An icon for a blank white paper is shown instead.
