[Bug 1968624] [NEW] KDE Connect Daemon crashes immediately and repeatedly

Upon login to plasma there's a neverending stream of KDE Connect Daemon
crash notifications filling the screen and notification bar, and the
computer is extremely sluggish. There seems to be no way to disable the
KDE Connect Daemon.
