Ubuntu Desktop amd64 fails to install on my system. Throws up 'Installer
Crashed' error message during slideshow.

Manual partitioned install to solid state drive, nvidia so using safe
graphics and third party software,

This problem first appeared in Jammy Jellyfish on 08-11-2021.

Before that date all was working fine. Daily checks had proceeded with
no problems.

Again I humbly suggest some change was introduced between 07-11-2021 and
08-11-2021 and is the cause of this problem.
