[Bug 1917285] [NEW] paste works only if copying source twice when history count set to 1

Public bug reported:

In order for keepass2 to work more securely, we have to set copy/paste
buffer history count to 1

If I set klipper to have an history count to one (see screen shot), then
the copy/paste behaviour is strange :

1. select something in a window with the mouse
2. do ctrl-c to copy
3. change window
4. try to paste

Nothing happens.

Do the same 1.2.3.4 again : this time the paste works

In fact for each new string to copy, you have to do ctrl-c twice in
order for it to be pastable in another window.

Is this really the correct behaviour when copy/paste history count is
set to 1 ?
