[Bug 1932192] [NEW] wine depedencies broken by backports ppa

Public bug reported:

Fresh kubuntu install then install wine = fine.
Fresh kubuntu install then add backports ppa to update to latest kde then install wine = fail due to dependency clash.
I'm not skilled to give much more detail but terminal output attached.
