[Bug 1915260] [NEW] syslog problem with kpat use

Public bug reported:

When i use kpat (list of many games), I see a lot events in syslog
file... And very quickly, the size of syslog file achieve many Gbytes
!!!!!!!! and the space disk begin full !


After  many days of looking of eveywhere, I could solve the problem when reading this URL :

If i well understood, the root cause is a problem of compiler and the
use oh the flag -DNDEBUG


Finally i solve my problem like that :

Now : to launch kpat i use a little script file which content this line :
"kpat 2>/dev/null"


Even if i solved my problem, i preferred to declare this bug.
I use ubuntu 20.04 and kpat 4.19.12.3
