Looking at the Launchpad history of the user who marked this issue as
fixed it seems that this may have been done so erroneously. As there
have been no further reports for over four years I'll leave this 'as is'
and remove the '100 Papercuts' task.

If anyone sees this issue in a currently supported release of Ubuntu
they should file a new bug report.
