[Bug 1903422] [NEW] Konole Profiles widget: Profile list disregards "Show in profile menu" values for the respective profiles

Public bug reported:

When clicked, Konsole Profiles widget lists all profiles disregarding
their respective "Show in profile menu" values. The list is unsorted.

Correct behavior:
- List all profiles for which "Show in profile menu" is checked, followed by a separator, and after that, list all profiles for which "Show in profile menu" is unchecked.
- Sort alphabetically the profile names in each of the above two lists.
