[Bug 1869806] [NEW] Uibiquity crashes when installing on LUKS-encrypted partition

Public bug reported:

The installer crashed and told me to report a bug using ubuntu-bug
ubiquity so that's what I'm doing. I'd be great if I could upload more
than one file for a bug report.
