[Bug 1869201] [NEW] Digikam integrated editor empty screen

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

KUBUNTU 19.10 New installation and no package backport.

After creating a user, in its session, I can open digikam and open a
photo in edition (F4) only once. After it is impossible to use the
editor for all photos. the window is empty.

after each logout and login, the digikam editor displays the photo only
once but without the bar with the tools, then the window is empty.

This bug is repeated for any new user
