Hi!

As long as shipping a non-Standard-KDE/Qt-Browser with Kubuntu, you must
provide the python-package <update-manager> to make it work with e.g.
apturl and match all GTK/GNOME-dependencies.

Example Error:

$ apturl --help
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/AptUrl/gtk/GtkUI.py:1: PyGIWarning: Gtk was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.
  from gi.repository import Gtk
