[Bug 1865194] [NEW] [18-04LTS] GTK-browser firefox needs update-manager to work with apturl

Hi!

As long as shipping a non-Standard-KDE/Qt-Browser with Kubuntu, you must
provide the python-package <update-manager> to make it work with e.g.
apturl and match all GTK/GNOME-dependencies.

Example Error:

$ apturl --help
