Description: Kpeoplevcard provides a datasource plugin for KPeople that
reads vCard files from the local filesystem.

This is a runtime recommends of kdeconnect 1.4 in 20.04, which allows
the sms app to display names against messages. Without this only phone
numbers will be shown to identify message sender/recipients.
