[Bug 1853804] Re: kubuntu-driver-manager never finishes collecting infomation

For Kubuntu 20.04-20200224-KDE 5.18.2, the bug is gone. Requires root
password now to enter software sources (from settings/device manager)
and launches Addional Drivers. Scans properly.
