[Bug 1909239] [NEW] Plasma desktop icons are distorted when resuming from memory

Public bug reported:

When resuming from memory, Plasma desktop icons are not shown correctly.
The is misconfigured images appearing to be restoration from wrong
locations.

There is no way to reload desktop/icons without ending session.
