[Bug 1870513] Re: "Date and Time" not correctly displaying months

Alright, so it appears I chose the "wrong" Swedish.
There's 3 other regions you can choose "smj_SE", "sma_SE" and "sv_SE".
The correct one shows the correct date, etc is "sv_SE", while "smj_SE & sma_SE" displays it as M04.
