[Bug 1843831] [NEW] kubuntu-settings-desktop and some other packages still depend on (old) ttf-ubuntu-font-family

Public bug reported:

Package ttf-ubuntu-font-family seems to be replaced by fonts-ubuntu in
bionic, but some packages in eoan still depend on the old package.

I discovered this after upgrading to eoan and trying to purge
transitional packages, getting the suggestion to also remove kubuntu-
settings-desktop 1:19.04ubuntu4.

lubuntu-default-settings
ldm-ubuntu-theme
ldm-edubuntu-theme
kubuntu-settings-desktop
