Public bug reported:
To reproduce on lubuntu 19.04 open k3b start a data project insert a
disc and add projects to a file to save to burn later. I saved the file
with the file save dialog. The file and an extension will not be added
automatically but without it will not open in k3b without manaully
setting the program to open on the particular file. A workaround is to
manually add the extension after the file.
I expected to be able to open the file I saved in k3b in the file open dialog in k3b. Since it has no extension it cannot be easily opened by users. It cannot even open it in a file manager with the menu a right click in pcmanfm-qt unless I manually add the program from the list of all programs in pcmanfm-qt.
