[Bug 1810959] [NEW] baloo_file should only start in KDE

Description:	Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release:	18.04

baloo_file is part of KDE and, as far as I know, it is only useful for KDE, but start also in other desktop environments (and makes the system much slower).
In /etc/xdg/autostart/baloo_file.desktop, I found

OnlyShowIn=KDE;GNOME;Unity;XFCE

but it should be

OnlyShowIn=KDE
