+  * Upload a large file without using kio-gdrive to Google drive. Test in

+  * In Dolphin, go to Google drive in Network, setup up Google drive
+ access if prompted, and then copy large file to local folder. Should
+ download without error and match checksum of file you uploaded.

+ * Check that upload/rename etc work as before.
