Hello.
Approximately a week ago, an update introduced this problem (I'm not sure if KWin or NVIDIA proprietary driver update).
With Brisa window decorator, the title bar on top for some windows starts blinking annoyingly, switching between full transparency and opacity. When it is full transparent, it shows desktop Wallpaper from behind. If I disable composition with Shift + Alt + F12, the blink disappears. Anyway with the composition disabled other problems appear, as some windows do not appear in task manager in panel, or plasmoid activity pager does not change between activities.
Apparently the problem does not happen with other window decorators downloaded from the internet, anyway it does not seem like a good option because they are not at all configurable as is Brisa window decorator.

I have Kubuntu 18.04 currently updated. The updates that I think could be responsible for the problem, maybe are:
