[Bug 1756136] [NEW] fix conflicts with new KDE global shortcuts

As per KDE bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386335

As we are lacking exiv2 >= 0.26 in bionic, we are unable to ship digikam
5.7 or 5.8.

Therefore apply upstream shortcut patches to our 5.6 version.
