[Bug 1746242] [NEW] Can not choose between different MP3 encoder settings

Public bug reported:

I have created 3 additional MP3 LAME encoder settings for CD ripping.

When I want to select one of them, I only see the last added setting in
the listing, but 4 times. Regardless which of them I choose, the ripping
is always processed with the same last added settings.

Here the concerning settings in ~/.kde/share/config/k3brc
