[Bug 1741341] [NEW] Kubuntu 17.04

Unable to finish the installation of Kubuntu 17.04 from a Live USB. I've
tried a few times and it seems to crash in the same spot during the
Installation. (After having finished the user input for user name, login
credentials, etc. and starting the Install.)
