Hi. This problem still persist.

I'm using KDE Plasma Version 5.12.7
KDE Frameworks Versions 5.47.0
QT Version 5.9.5

My scenario involves The JetBrains Tools which look for proxy parameters
in .kde/share/config/kioslaverc

Just to addendum: the format of saved proxy parameters cause an issue
too because the proxy host and the proxy port are be save separetelly
with a blank space delimiter.

Normally the de default delimiter for a proxy configuration made
manually in conf files use a colon ":"
