[Bug 1788981] [NEW] please drop dependency on obsolete qml-module-org-kde-kirigami

Public bug reported:

qml-module-org-kde-kirigami was dropped from Debian unstable on
2018-02-24 with the rationale that it is an "old version, no more used"
(Debian bug #891162).  It is still in Ubuntu cosmic because plasma-sdk
depends on it.

If the Debian removal's rationale is correct, we should also remove it
from Ubuntu.  Please adjust plasma-sdk to not depend on it, so it can be
removed.
