[Bug 1766204] [NEW] black screen in sddm when secure boot is disabled

Hello

with kubuntu 18.04 beta (all upgrades done)

When I change the secure boot from enabled to disabled, the login screen (sddm) became totaly black.
So I see nothing.

If I don't move the mouse, I can login with the default user.

Turning the secure boot to enabled resolve the problem.
