Successfully tested:

Updated my AA VM. Noticed that KDE Frameworks was at 5.37.
$ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/staging-frameworks
$ sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y && sudo apt autoremove -y
176 updates successfully processed
Re-boot.
Tested the Kicker Application launcher, launching Firefox, Konsole, Discover and System Monitor successfully.
Unchecked the PPA from Discover.
Successfully tested krunner, and launched System Settings > Desktop Settings > Unchecked screen locker. 
Successfully tested krunner, and launched kinfocenter and noticed KDE Frameworks had been updated to 5.38.
