[Bug 1728691] [NEW] autocompletion only shows recent email addresses but not stored emails in Kaddressbook

Appears to be addressed in this upstream bug, but I'm not sure if it's
been incorporated into current packages for Kubuntu.  I want to make
sure, because I've been dealing with this bug for years.  :(
