[Bug 1721120] [NEW] Create a snap of an uptodate version of DigiKam

Public bug reported:

The version of DigiKam in Software is 4:4.12.0. This version is more
than two years old. The current version is 5.7 and has a lot of
improvements. I tried to install the newer version with different ppa's,
but had lots of trouble due to broken packages and other conflicts.
Someone should create a snap of the new version so we can enjoy this
great software.
