[Bug 1692314] [NEW] KDE text redraw of desktop icons after resume

Public bug reported:

After resuming the pc from suspend mode, the text of the icons in the
wallpaper/desktop appearswhite or like video failure. Here the
screenshot. IT happens on all of my 3 pc

If i select all the icons and i move them, they return normal.
