[Bug 1687591] [NEW] kopete contact icons missing

Public bug reported:

The "Contact icons" status icons (you know, the online, away, offline icons) are not shown properly; instead there is a generic 'file'-like icon which I believe is used when a icon is missing. Please see the attached screenshot. I'm using the Compact scheme but the issue is present in the "Default" preset as well.
The chat window style is also missing icon, please find the attached screenshot.
