[Bug 1676484] [NEW] digikam 5.4 lacks audio/video support due to unavailable QtAV libraries

Public bug reported:

Since version 5.4 digikam uses the QtAV framework[1] to handle
audio/video files[2]. Since qtav is currently not packaged in ubuntu
(nor in debian, although there is an ITP [3]) digikam is unable to
handle any audio or video files.

This is a regression because video/audio playback did work (mostly) in
previous versions.
