There's be no demand on the  market  for such an entity, and in fact
would be demand for services that *prevent* such an entity arising, most
likely. Thus  it would be unlikely to achieve the necessary influence to
maintain control of  the population.


I mean, the market can  provide means for is own  preservation  if the market actors  (which  is to say,  you, me, and everyone else)  want to preserve  it. I find it *extremely*  unlikely that any one corporation could achieve the size, resources, and influence of the *current* U.S. government.  its just  impossible to  envision, given the starting point of a freed market. There is no  way for a corporation to achieve  this status unless people are *predisposed* to grant it this authority.
