Please remove perlkde from Artful

Reverse dependencies: none

Already removed from debian, and we have not had anything in the archive
that needs this since at least Yakkety.

The latest FTBFS against perl 5.26 (as KDE4 based okulur it builds
against no longer exists - now Qt 5) is I think likely to be blocking on
that transition.
