[Bug 1581897] Re: kcm_kscreen.desktop file does not exist

Similar for me in Kubuntu 16.10, plasmashell 5.7.5:
1) Search for "display" in application menu
2) Right click -> add to Favorites
3) Remove from Favorites
4) Broken

Has anybody find a solution?
