Can anyone confirm whether this only happens with laptops with Insyde
Software based BIOS?  Or does it effect BIOS derived from AMI/Pheonix?

My Dell had Insyde Software BIOS instead of normal Dell AMI based BIOS
seen on business class laptops/desktops.
