[Bug 1713782] [NEW] kompare doesn't apply a diff

OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64-bit

kompare:
  Installed: 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1

When trying to save the applied differences, the following message
appears:

"Could not upload the temporary file to the destination location
file:///home/danil/test.txt. The temporary file is still available
under: /tmp/kompare.X20998. You can manually copy it to the right
place."
