[Bug 1600047] Re: Please drop the dependency on libmusicbrainz3

kscd is now the last reverse-dependency of libmusicbrainz3 in yakkety.
It also shows as having no reverse-dependencies, and is not seeded.
This bug is fixed in Debian.  Should we not just sync the new version of
kscd from Debian?  And if that version is not appropriate for yakkety,
should we not at least remove this version of the package for now?
