[Bug 1376095] Re: entering wrong password results in confusing message decryption

This seems to be distinctly better in Xenial: as you type in the
incorrect passwords it gives you a message saying (2/3 remaining).  Then
once you run out, you get an error message, and it asks you once again
if you try to decrypt again, and if you enter your password correctly,
the text decrypts.
