Installed clivejo's PPA and everything works great. One system required
a restart to enable the new version, other system did not.?!  I also
"sudo apt purged kdeconnect-plasma" to clean up the old version.

Verified:
- File transfer both directions
- SMS alerts and response (required disabling Google messenger and using default mgs app)
- Media control including volume control
- Mouse input
