[Bug 1641214] [NEW] Ark can't uncompress RAR file

Even though I have installed UNRAR, Ark seems to be unable to uncompress
a .RAR file.

I'm using Kubuntu 16.10, Ark 4:16.04.3a-0ubuntu2.
