For OEM installations you would have to follow the instructions ->

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Ubuntu_OEM_Installer_Overview

 * in special * ->  Configuration – "Prepare for shipment"

There shouldn't be any manual intervention needed – (like deletion of
user 'OEM' and creating a new user).
