[Bug 1537719] Re: kdenlive: GUI button icons missing

Apologies if this isn't quite the same bug, but screenshot attached of
what mine looks like on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, Kdenlive from stable PPA

Installed the package suggested, but no change

Seems my icons are "more missing", rolling my mouse under the preview
window on the right highlights the buttons, but all invisible otherwise
